Kirsten Fordyce » Staff

Kirsten Fordyce is a Senior Loan Originator with Platinum Investment Partners. She resides in the Willow Glen area of San Jose with her husband Mark and 2 teenaged sons, Joe and Nick. Kirsten began her career in the mortgage business as a loan processor for Almaden Home Loans in 1989. A few years later she transitioned into a licensed originator and Almaden Home Loans became America’s Funding Source. Kirsten was fortunate to be able to be among the first loan originators to be positioned inside of a real estate office. Her relationship with Century 21 LAD lasted for several years and she met her future husband Mark Fordyce and future father-in-law Larry Fordyce there. As time went on Kirsten joined California Lending and eventually transitioned to owner in 2000.

2016 marks the start of a new chapter for Kirsten as she is pleased to announce her affiliation with Platinum Investment Partners. With this position, she will be bringing her years of experience and excitement for helping people live in their dream homes. After 27 years of experience in the home loan business, Kirsten has a deep understanding of what it takes to have a successful mortgage and happy homeowners.

Her professional credentials include: California Association of Mortgage Professionals and licensed with the California Bureau of Real Estate (#01097306) and the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (#292737).
