She thrives on helping people reach their short-term, intermediate, and long-term goals. Dawn has a special passion for helping seniors to learn about the strategic use of Reverse Mortgage, as a financial tool to help offset market losses in a down stock market, to fund in-home health care, or do home renovations to make the home more suitable, or even to purchase a new home without having to make mortgage payments. Many things have changed over the years, and Reverse Mortgage has many protections in place. They’re not right for everyone, but Dawn is happy to provide a no-obligation consultation to determine if it’s a viable tool for your needs.

Dawn has over 18 years combined in Mortgage Lending and Real Estate Industries, and High Technology Industry. She has worked in all phases of The Mortgage Industry from Processing, Underwriting, through Loan Origination to closing. She continues to stay current in regard to the ever-changing Industry and Technology updates.

When she’s not doing Mortgage Loans, Dawn does Dog Training, hiking, yoga, fundraising, and volunteering for pet rescue, and enjoys amateur pet photography.
